Day 3

On day 3, different people from our group got to visit different churches in the Santa Cruz area. I went with two others from our group, along with an interpreter, to the Igreja Baptista em Jardim Sete de Abril (I don't know exactly what it translates to, though I'm sure the seventh of April has something to do with it).

After this we enjoyed lunch and a little recreation at the Brazil national mint.

Then it was back to Sepetiba for a short service, which included some stories (and just to prove I'm really there, I'm in a couple of these).

Then we went to the evening service at First Baptist Church of Santa Cruz, where some of our interpreters were baptized.

Then it was time for dinner.

Now to our last day of field work.
